Privacy policy

SlopCheck is operated by noemica, Inc.. This policy explains what we collect when you use SlopCheck and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Text you check. The post text (and, for link checks, the public post we fetch from X) is processed to score it. We do not store the text of posts you type. Public posts fetched from X are cached for up to 24 hours.
• Account details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and a Google account identifier through our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Payment details. Premium payments are handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and subscription status, never your card number.
• Usage counts. To enforce daily limits we count requests per day, keyed by account or by IP address.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the scoring model.
• Supabase handles sign-in. Google provides the sign-in itself.
• Stripe processes payments.
• For Premium feedback, the text you submit is sent to OpenAI to generate the feedback.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can use SlopCheck without an account. You can cancel Premium at any time from the billing portal. To delete your account data, email seb@noemica.io.
